PRICING POLICY

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars.  We do our best to ensure pricing is accurate and up to date, however, at times errors can occur. Performance Parts Canada reserves the right to change or edit pricing as required. Customers will be contacted directly for authorization if any price discrepancies occur on an existing order.

SHIPPING POLICY

Performance Parts Canada offers low cost Purolator shipping on most orders. Additional shipping charges may be warranted if the item is oversized, or overweight. Additional fees may also apply if delivering to remote parts of the country. In these instances, the customer will be contacted for approval of any additional fees.

RETURN POLICY

  • Most 'In Stock', unopened, unused items are fully returnable for 90 days and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Most electronic products are covered by a 30 day return policy. No returns will be allowed on some special orders, mounted wheels and painted products. Product must be returned in saleable condition. Performance Parts Canada's Returns Department has final approval on all returns. If returned in poor condition, item will be returned back as an unacceptable return. Please inspect all merchandise for damage or missing parts. Additionally, all parts must be trial-fitted before installation. Items damaged due to improper installation or customer mishandling will not be credited upon return.  The initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping returns back.
  • All returns must be EMAILED to customer service for return authorization. Only items authorized and approved for return will be accepted. Items not authorized for return will be refused and no credit will be issued. Warranty items will be authorized and handled as per the manufacturer's policy.
  • All returns due to Performance Parts Canada's error or received damaged must be called in within 7 days from date of invoice.
  • Defective items will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty policy and must have a complete description of the defect. Certain manufacturers require that the consumer deal directly with them regarding defective items. Returned items that are claimed to be damaged, which are proven to be sound, will be charged a 20% restocking fee. As per manufacturer's warranty policy, some products such as electronics, may be repaired and returned directly to the customer.
  • In order to receive proper credit, all returns must be accompanied by a bar coded return label. After you call your return in, the label will be e-mailed to you. The package must be shipped to the address provided with all shipping costs prepaid. Credit will be issued after the returned goods are inspected and it is determined that the product is in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Any merchandise not meeting these criteria will be subject to refusal and credit will not be issued. Customers will be billed for missing parts and repackaging.

SPECIAL ORDERS POLICY

A special order is an order for any item not currently stocked. All special orders, regardless of the order type, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All special orders have an approximate two to three week lead time, depending on the supplier. Special Orders may be subject to a special order fee or additional freight charges, however you will be contacted by a customer service representative with a final price for further authorization before any payment is processed.  Special orders include all orders that ship from the manufacturer.   Shipping and import charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to the manufacturer.  Some special orders are non-returnable.

Please inspect all merchandise for damage or missing parts and make sure all parts invoiced are received.

LIABILITY POLICY

Many of the products offered for sale on the Performance Parts Canada website are are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customers own risk. Performance Parts Canada holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket products. Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in many provinces and are intended for racing vehicles and should never be used on a public road. The customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of any products and agrees that Performance Parts Canada will not be held responsible for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.
