- In order to delivery your items as quickly as possible, we ship from several warehouses througout the country.
- Typical delivery times range from 1-3 days.
- Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer

- Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO boxes at this time.

- We use Purolator to deliver most of our Canadian orders. Most US orders ship via UPS or Fedex.

- Yes, you will receive an email as soon as your order ships which will include a Purolator tracking number.

- No. There are no additional fees owing at delivery. Any and all brokerage, delvery and customs fees are included in your final price.

- Yes, some oversize items may be subject to additional shipping charges. If any additional fees are warranted, the customer will first be contacted and informed of any such charges.

- Orders typically ship within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders received before 2pm often ship the same day.

- Most 'back-orders' ship within 10 business days. If the product you ordered is on back order you will be notified of this, and every attempt to provide you with an accurate ETA will be provided. You have the right to cancel back orders at the time you are intiatily contacted.

- Unfortunately we only ship to Canada and the US at this time.

- If you notice any items missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days to notify us of the issue. We will make sure to send any and all missing components out immediately.

- We do our best to make sure all orders are packaged in a way to prevent damage during transit. Despite our best efforts, at times order do show up with damage. In this case we ask you contact us immediately. The courier company may want to inspect the package, so for this reason we ask you keep any and all packaging and labelling.
- We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number which must be clearly labelled on the package. Please do not return items without an RMA number. We will also provide you with a return shipping waybill, and all related costs will be covered
- We will ship out a replacement item immediately

- Many of our products are designed for race, or 'off-road' applications. These products are not designed for street-use, and may be illegal in some provinces or territories.

- items are guaranteed free of defects and in good working condition. You have up to 30 days to notify us of any damage or defect. After this period of time the manufacturers warranty only will be honoured.

- All 'In Stock' items are fully returnable. If the product is defective, or does not fit your application as per our website then all return shipping and restock charges will be covered by us. If you decide you just no longer want the product the customer will be responsible for covering all shipping costs, including our inital shipping cost, in addition to the costs associated with shipping the product back to us.
- No returns of any sort will be processed without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

- We make every attempt to keep our pricing as competive as possible. If you see an advertised price lower than our website pricing please contact us and we will make every attempt to match, if not beat the price. At times it is not always possible to match pricing, but we will do our best. Please keep in mind that we do not charge any additional fees for customs, duties or brokerage. When comparing prices, include all related fees in order to do a fair comparison.
